Strength and balance are the foundation of independent living. Our program focuses on functional strength and stability to help participants move with confidence in their everyday lives — walking, standing up, reaching, turning and staying steady.
Classes are progressive, adaptable and safe, allowing each person to work at their own level while improving physical capacity over time.
